We like to keep things , somewhere safe, in a closet or a box, right?
And after a while, we go through them to remember….

I confess I like to keep things , therefore I have many boxes full of memories…. But there’s one which I cherish the most….It’s a box full of letters from my husband ๐Ÿ™‚

Even though we live in a world of technology, where lovers send texts and emails, we wanted something different, so we started writting letters to each other, from the very beginning. And once in a while, I like to take the box off the shelf and go through them, read them and remember the day, the season ,the hour I received them…..And I feel grateful for such a wonderful man..who only deserves nothing but appreciation and love….

While writting letters, I started wrtting poems as well…a thing which he didn’t know…so for our first anniversay, I took all the poems I wrote during that year and put them in a book….

Because love deserves to be celebrated every single day, and every single moment.

The thing is that, when you have the right person next to you, you feel the need to show your love and appreciation towards that person...Your person.

…Life is full of meaningless things, so when you find someone who gives ย your life a meaning, that person is a keeper ๐Ÿ™‚

So, when I read these letters written in the middle of the night, or on a bus on the way to see me, or while watching me sleep…. These letters are a reminder of progress, of love and dedication… a reminder of us.

My dear husband, this is for you ๐Ÿ™‚

I love you every day of the week, I love you every moment of the day, I love the life we have together, and I love the way our son resembles you soo perfectly….

I simply and honestly love you!

Letters to me
